As part of his Artist Residency, Martin O'Connor based himself in The Watt Institute, Greenock, to research shipbuilding on the Clyde. He created new pieces of spoken word poetry, and worked with Your Voice, the Inverclyde Community Care Forum. Through this collaboration, Martin delivered a series of Creative Writing workshops. These pieces of writing were recorded by Nichola Scrutton and composed into a sound piece, New Worlds.
