Breath Cycle is a weekly workshop in singing and song writing., designed for people living with Long Covid and other respiratory conditions. Starting in 2021, Breath Cycle has grown to also offer the benefits of singing to people with Aphasia through collaboration with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.

During our series of relaxed sessions, our team of musicians and artists deliver fun, stimulating vocal exercises and breathing techniques, as well as teaching a range of songs chosen to help strengthen core muscles, develop breath control, and improve posture.  Alongside this is a programme of songwriting sessions, which has resulted in a created a bank of of songs specially written by participants.

Breath Cycle Live was launched in 2022, and we are currently developing more live work for 2025.
